The IPA is a not-for-profit, industry organization created to inspire confidence in direct investment opportunities for firms committed to their clients’ financial success. We gather expertise from among our membership to provide a sounding board for different perspectives and to be a direct investments industry shaper.
In 1985, the IPA was formed to provide the direct participation program and non-traded real estate investment trust industry with effective and continuous national leadership in the public interest. In 2008, we renewed and revitalized our vision to maintain and grow our status as an influential, knowledgeable and progressive resource advocating direct investments as an important part of a diversified portfolio.
